These terms cover the delegance.app website and Delegance Desk, our tool for managing social media accounts from one place: writing, scheduling and publishing posts, and reading and replying to comments and messages. By using Delegance Desk you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a business, you agree to them for that business.

Using Delegance Desk

• Access is by invitation. The account owner decides who on their team can use Delegance Desk and what each person can do.
• You connect your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok) by signing in on each network's own page. We never see or store your social media passwords, and you can disconnect an account at any time.
• Delegance Desk only publishes, schedules, replies or deletes when you or someone on your team asks it to.

Your content

You own the posts, photos, videos, captions and replies you create in Delegance Desk. You give us permission to store and send that content only so we can publish it to the accounts you choose. You are responsible for having the rights to what you post.

Following each network's rules

Everything you publish through Delegance Desk must follow the rules of the network it goes to, including the Meta Platform Terms, the YouTube Terms of Service, the LinkedIn User Agreement and the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Do not use Delegance Desk for spam, misleading content, or anything unlawful. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Suggestions from the assistant

Delegance Desk can suggest captions, hashtags and replies. Suggestions are drafts: review them before they are published or sent, because you are responsible for what goes out under your name.

Availability

We work to keep Delegance Desk running and your scheduled posts on time, but each network can change its rules, limit what apps can do, or be unavailable. We cannot guarantee that every post will publish at an exact time or that a feature will always be offered. Delegance Desk is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost reach, sales or data.

Privacy

How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Ending use

You can stop using Delegance Desk and disconnect your accounts at any time. To have everything we hold deleted, email [email protected].

Changes

We may update these terms as Delegance Desk grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.
